Check-in Procedures and tips

Baggage Check-in Tips
  • There may be a difference between the weight which you check at home and that checked by staff at the airport because the size of scales used at home tends to be relatively small.
  • If the weight of a single bag exceeds 32kg/70lbs, you are not allowed to check in your baggage regardless of excess baggage fee payment; therefore, on such occasions, you should lighten the load or pack your bag again.
  • You should check whether you carry objects that are not allowed on board, such as scissors for cosmetic purposes and nail clippers.
  • On completion of check-in procedures, you are supposed to wait about 5 minutes until it is scanned through X-ray examination.
  • For your own safety, you should not carry a stranger’s bag.
  • It is highly recommended to keep your baggage tag in order to claim your baggage at the arrival airport without difficulties.
